He was an englih writing master,stonecutter,letter deigner,typefounder and printer. This font is commonly known as John Baskerville. It belongs to the font family of Bitstream font family. It has 4 distinctive styles. John Baskerville has created a new technique in press construction,printing ink,papermaking,and ofcourse letter design. This font is presently designed by George W.Jones.
