This font was designed by Lutz Baar in the year 1997. it is a part of the Take Type Library, selected from the contestants of the International Type Design Contests of 1994 and 1997. Lutz Baar is a Swedish artist and this modern text form was based on the humanistic Old Face style. Pisa is a trademark of Linotype GmbH which may be registered in certain jurisdictions.
