SG Amalthea font
Amalthea symbolizes the third moon of the greatest planet Jupiter. The Amalthea is derived from Scan graphic Digital Type Collection font family. Scan graphic was the company being established to build digital composition systems that mixed both printing and typesetting. Under the able leader Knut Smeidel and Bernd Holthusen, Scan graphic introduced Scantest 1000. This was the company's first phototypesetter. The Scan graphic font library has its inception in the year 1980 and soon achieved good fame and appreciation.
